We use Australia Post or Courier's Please depending on the mailing address. Please note that Courier's Please cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
We use Australia Post to deliver all international parcels. Some services may provide online tracking and some will require signature on delivery.

^Custom charges, GST/VAT will vary for each country. Please note that should there be any additional fees incurred, this is the responsibility of the customer. Runway Goddess has no control over delays due to customs processing, or fees that may arise.
*Please note for international orders, we use Australia Post and can only estimate the delivery time frame, however this is not a guarantee your order will arrive within the 15 working days. If you require an order urgently, please select the Express option.

Returns are accepted for clothing items within 7 days of purchase in the form of exchange or store credit, providing that the item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Postage costs are non-refundable, and any additional postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.
To return an item, customers should email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return code, which will be supplied within 48 hours. Customers should write this code on the return parcel and send the unwanted items back to Runway Goddess within 7 days of first receiving the items. It is highly recommended that you obtain tracking details for the return as Runway Goddess will not be held liable for lost parcels or process a return without the physical goods.
All returned goods must be in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and labels intact. Returns may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense should there be any damages, stains, perfume or other odours, so please take care when trying on your orders. Runway Goddess staff reserve the right to reject a return should we conclude it is not in its original state.
Exchange or store credit will be issued within 5 business days once Runway Goddess has accepted the returned goods. The credit value issued will be the total price paid minus the actual postage costs and will be valid for 6 months from issue. Please note actual postage costs may exceed our flat rate shipping rates. For items where 'free shipping' is used, actual postage costs for the order will be deducted from total credit value.
Postage costs are non-refundable, and any additional postage costs required when exchanging an item must first be covered by the customer.
All garments are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that a faulty item was dispatched to the customer, a replacement garment will be sent to the customer at our expense once we have received the returned faulty item. If the same product is unavailable, the customer is then entitled to an exchange or full refund including postage costs.
Returns are not accepted for accessories for hygiene and other reasons. This includes jewellery, belts, scarves, hats and bags.
Bridal and made-to-measure Items
Returns are not accepted for off-the-rack bridal gowns, any made-to-measure garments or items involving alterations.
Returns are not accepted for clearance items. Exchange is only available if there is a fault in the garment and the fault was not specified in the original listing.
Pop Up Shop Returns
Runway Goddess pop up shops are run separately from the online store. Returns from the online store cannot be returned at our pop up shops, and vice versa. Sales made through the pop up shop can be returned back to the store within 7 days in form of exchange or store credit. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a garment has been altered for you, returns are not accepted.
